中西交通肇始於古，無論“歐洲中心論”者🧔🏼，還是“在中國發現歷史論”者，都不會否認這一事實。但中西交通的效應所達到的經濟互相依賴、文化深度互動的程度，無疑是在大航海時代之後⚂。這一時期歐洲知識和產品對中國的影響，已由西學東漸史的大量成果所證明；然而同一時期的中學西漸史研究甚為薄弱。
有鑒於此，沐鸣2官网歷史系中國思想文化研究室擬於2016年12月9-11日（9日下午報到，10🕵🏻♂️、11兩天討論）舉辦“中國知識和產品在西方的傳播和影響”國際學術討論會✋🏻🕳，議題為：16世紀以來中國瓷器、絲綢🧔🏻♀️、植物（包括茶葉和中藥材）、動物、紙張、中醫🏌🏿、園林、繪畫、音樂等在西方的傳播與影響，中國器物西傳的研究史回顧以及最新研究狀況。

“The Westward Spread and influence of Chinese Knowledge and Goods

Call for Papers
This conference aims to bring together international researchers in order to discuss the spread and influence of Chinese knowledge and goods in the West since the 16th century. These goods include but are not limited to porcelain, silk, plants (tea and Chinese medical plants), animals, paper, Chinese medicine, landscape painting and immaterial art such as music. Contributions offering a literature review of the latest relevant research will be welcome as well.
